Registration: opens at 11:00 am and closes at 12:45 pm. First race are at 1:00 pm. There will be heats for all classes, followed by finals for all classes. Entry fee is $10, pre-entry will be through BikeReg.com. Santa Clara County release required. Rain cancels. This race is not a USA Cycling event, no USAC license is required.

Format:: This race is a criterium on a velodrome. USA Cycling criterium rules apply, and road bicycles only - no track bikes. There will be qualifying heats leading to finals in each group. There will be a limited number of riders on the track at all times. All groups will have heats no matter how many or few riders enter. The number of heats will be announced at the race. Groups may be combined at discretion of the promoter. Non-qualifier races may be added.

Maximum number of riders in each heat and final will be 8 for Junior Boys and Girls 10-12, 10 for Junior Boys and Junior Girls 13-15, and 12 for Junior Boys and Girls 16-18. The number of heats will be increased to accommodate the number of entries.

Distances of finals: for Junior Boys and Girls 10-12 will be 15 KM; Junior Girls 13-15 and Junior Girls 16-18 will be 20 KM; Junior Boys 13-15 will be 25 KM; and Junior Boys 16-18 will be 50 KM. Distances of heats will be announced on race day.

Prizes: include medals for first, second and third.

Directions: Hellyer County Park Velodrome is located in Hellyer Park in south San Jose. Take US 101 to the Hellyer Avenue off-ramp, go west (away from hills) to the stop sign at the entrance to the park. Go straight into Hellyer Park (Santa Clara County parking fee will be charged), and follow the signs to the velodrome. Hellyer County Park Velodrome is a facility of the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation system.
