Registration: opens at 5:30 pm and closes at 6:45 pm; Registration is located inside velodrome. First race is at 7:00 pm. Entry fee is $20, and includes $3 USA Cycling insurance surcharge and $5 Northern California Velodrome Association surcharge. Santa Clara County release required. All races are held under the rules of USA Cycling. There are separate prizes for the Musical Chairs Race, no omnium points (bring running shoes). Prizes are minimum of $250 cash for Cat 1-2-3-Pro, Women 1-2-3, Masters 40+, and the Don Peterson Madison. Prizes include merchandise, and unique event T-shirts, including minimum $100 cash for all groups and for the Don Peterson Madison. Rain cancels.

Directions: Hellyer Park Velodrome is located in Hellyer Park in south San Jose. Take US 101 to the Hellyer Avenue off-ramp, go west (away from hills) to the stop sign at the entrance to the park. Go straight into Hellyer Park (Santa Clara County parking fee will be charged), and follow the signs to the velodrome. If the entrance booth is not open and you do not have a Santa Clara County Parks parking permit, be prepared for a very difficult automated parking permit machine. Hellyer Park is a facility of the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation system.
